Sounds cheesy but it's true there is no one size fits all in property management, everyone is an individual as are our properties and staff.  Therefore relationship and communication is key to a successful relationship for both the company and customer.  An initial assessment meeting will be arranged where we can have a chat and get to know you and your individual needs and requirements, from there a proposal can be put together, if there is further interest in our services we can return and go through all the inner workings of the home, from switching, to machinery, pumps, filters, lights, sewage, gas, water, contacts, suppliers , staffing, rentals, staff, contracts- basically the nitty gritty the in's and out's , we need to know your home like you know your home.  We will be working closely together so we also need to be on the same page so it's great to spend  little time getting to know one another. 

As the term suggests we are on hand to personally assist you and your guests, whatever your needs - Just ask !

ONGOING FEES 

Fees are based upon the following, there is a base monthly fee and on top of that additional fees are charged according to the needs and requirements of each client, and that may also change month on month for particular clients, if for example some building works are undertaken, or a short period of rentals begin etc..  A full account of our fees and payments made on your behalf will be made available to you at all times.
